“We had an enjoyable stay, we were received by Kelly with fresh delicious muffins, the house was very clean and comfortable and the breakfast was excellent, each day was a different menu with fresh baked muffins, fresh fruit, juice, coffee or late and attention to detail. “Jeff was a kind host, The land was absolutely Beautiful, fully equipped kitchen, nice rooms though Eye stayed in the tent which Eye enjoyed. It gets pretty hot and there during the day and very cool at night. Less than a minute drive from my favorite clothing optional beach. Eye really enjoyed my stay. “This is a beautiful, quiet property just above Hilo town. The view of Hilo from the property is AMAZING! Great value for the room we had for 5 days. The property is very relaxing and the sounds of the coqui frogs at night add to the feeling of relaxation and induction of sleep. I would highly recommend to anyone planning a trip to Hilo.”

“The Lodge itself was impeccably clean. The dining experience was great. Our room was perfect right down to the heated towel bar. The volcano area lookouts were nearby thus not having to travel very far. The staff were very helpful in all aspects. Would definitely recommend this Lodge.”
